A former cigar factory in the heart of Leuven was transformed into offices, lofts and public gardens and thus became a new bustling place. The buildings are ideally located near the city’s traffic arteries and the city itself and all its facilities.
As big window walls were required to obtain an optimal incidence of light, our Mini Canal turned out to be the best choice for this project. This solution, which can be installed in the floor, doesn’t ruin the view and it has a compact height starting from 9 cm. Moreover, there is a coil underneath the grille that has been lacquered dark grey in order to render it practically “invisible”.
