The D.O.N.G. Energy administrative headquarters in Gentofte houses 2,200 employees in 10 buildings over an area covering 52,000m². As part of the buildings’ stylish 21st century design, its heat-sapping glass facades required a powerful radiator system to maintain comfortable temperatures.
To combat this unique heating challenge, Jaga Mini Canal trench radiator systems were installed to provide a powerful yet highly efficient solution. Jaga’s Low-H20 technology is the innovation behind the radiators’ performance, providing a superior heat output to traditional heating systems while emitting 10% less carbon and using 90% less water to operate. The environmental benefits are also supplemented by financialgain, helping to achieve approximately 15% of savings on energy costs.
With depth options ranging between 9cm and 14cm, the Mini Canals were installed in trenches that discreetly line 337m of the D.O.N.G. complex. Multiple grille options are available – from wood finishes to aluminium or steel – to ensure the radiators harmonise with the aesthetics of the building.
